Rice is a traditional ingredient that has been used in Asia for centuries to naturally lighten dark spots, reduce the appearance of dullness, and improve uneven skin tone. Also formulated with a blend of Niacinamide, White Lotus, and Corn Flowers to provide further radiance-boosting benefits!

This toner has a gorgeous milky cream texture that feels super moisturizing and works great for layering on days your skin feels drier than usual.

HOW TO USE

After cleansing, pour a small amount onto a cotton pad a sweep it over your face. Alternatively, pour a little into your palms and pat into the skin to aid absorption.
