Allantoin – An effective soothing and hydrating ingredient. Great for treating burns, wounds, and soothing sensitive skin.

Glycerin – Helps normalize skin shedding in very dry skin, while protecting against skin irritation. Glycerin is a humectant moisturizer, meaning that it helps the skin retain water, resulting in proper hydration.

TO USE: 

• Dampen cotton pad with toner and gently wipe across face.

• Alternatively, you can soak cotton pad with toner and place it on the desired area to soothe skin.
