Benton Fermentation Galactomyces 99 Skin Toner boasts 99% Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate, rich in brightening & nurturing agents. Utilizes Dry Ice Carbonic Acid (DIC) extraction at -78.5°C to preserve potency. With a skin-friendly pH & hypoallergenic formula, it rejuvenates skin with a fast-absorbing, non-sticky texture.

Direction for Use:
