About the Role

As a member of the Sales Team, you will be a key contributor to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your role is pivotal in driving sales, fostering connections with customers, and representing our brand with enthusiasm. We're seeking individuals with a natural flair for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. In our dynamic and energetic pop-up shop environment, your ability to adapt, engage, and promote our beauty products will be essential.

Responsibility

  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers at the pop-up shop, providing a welcoming and informative experience. Understand customer needs and preferences to guide them in selecting the perfect beauty products.

  • Sales Generation: Drive sales through effective product knowledge, upselling techniques, and building genuine connections with customers. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach.

  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and enhance the overall shopping experience. Ensure the pop-up shop is organized and aesthetically pleasing.
  •  Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking products as needed. Work closely with the buying team to provide insights into product performance and customer feedback.
  • Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events at the pop-up shop. Participate in the planning and implementation of special sales events or promotions.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance the overall customer experience. Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image for HDskin.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the wider team, including marketing, buying, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and unified approach. Share insights on customer interactions to contribute to overall business strategy.
  • Cash Handling: Responsible for accurate and secure handling of cash transactions. Ensure adherence to all financial procedures and policies.

We are looking for:

  • Passion for Beauty and Skincare: Genuine enthusiasm for beauty products, particularly Asian skincare, with a keen awareness of market trends. A love for creating positive customer experiences is essential.
  • Sales Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Language Skills: While not essential, the ability to speak or write in Korean is a bonus and will be considered an asset. It adds a unique dimension to engaging with customers and understanding product details.
  • Analytical Abilities: Possess an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and numerical skills. Use data and customer feedback to make informed sales decisions and contribute to the improvement of the overall shopping experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are crucial. Manage inventory, handle transactions, and contribute to the visual merchandising of the pop-up shop for an optimal shopping environment.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers, team members, and potential partners. Create a positive and engaging atmosphere in the pop-up shop.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Work - Routine

  • Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 3 pm
  • Sunday: 11 am to 7 pm

Our sales team members operate on a rotating schedule, providing coverage throughout the week to ensure our pop-up shop is accessible and welcoming to customers. This dynamic schedule allows team members to contribute to HDskin's success while accommodating various preferences and ensuring a consistent presence during peak hours.
